Meet the Founder

Neerru Bhat is a certified yoga coach with 200-hour and 300-hour TTC credentials, affiliated with Yoga Alliance US. Her journey with yoga began four years ago, and since then, she has specialized in Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, pre- and post-natal yoga, face yoga, and meditation. Her spiritual and meditation practice took root during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. Like many, she faced immense personal struggles, including anxiety, depression, and significant weight gain. Yoga became her anchor, transforming her life and guiding her towards a path of healing, balance, and self-discovery. This profound experience led her to make a bold decision—leaving behind a successful 14-year corporate career with a high-paying salary to dedicate herself to wellness and helping others find their own inner peace and well-being. As a psychologist and counselor, she integrates mental health awareness into her yoga practice, helping individuals navigate the pressures of today’s fast-paced world. Over the past few years, she has been committed to teaching yoga and wellness to students, women, and corporate professionals, fostering holistic health and mindfulness.
